Vivenu, a Düsseldorf, Germany-based startup that offers a unified platform to manage, market, and analyze ticket sales, raised $50 million in its Series B funding round.
The round was led by the billion-dollar American growth fund Activant Capital, which opened its first European office in Berlin just this summer. Existing investor Balderton Capital from London has also injected money again.
Vivenu now plans to use the money to increase its headcount from around 30 to more than 200. From January 2022, the company also wants to be active in the US.
