Vesence Raises $9 Million in Seed Funding

Vesence, a San Francisco, CA–based AI agent platform for law firms, has raised $9 million in a Seed round. 

Investors 

The round was led by Emergence, with participation from Creandum, Y Combinator, and 20VC, alongside angel investors including Paul Graham, Anton Osika, and Jason Bohemig. 

Emergence Capital is a San Francisco–based venture capital firm established in 2003. It focuses on early‑stage enterprise software/SaaS companies, especially B2B models. Its areas of interest include industry‑specific SaaS, deskless workforce tools, collaboration software, and AI‑driven enterprise solutions. 

Vesence Use of Funds 

The company will use the funding to enhance its AI capabilities, expand the team with talent from Google, BCG X, and MIT, and scale adoption across law firms.
