London-based Veridue, an AI-native due diligence and M&A platform purpose-built for energy infrastructure and data centres, has officially launched with $4 million in pre-seed funding. The company accelerates project financing by helping investors and developers move through complex deal lifecycles with greater speed and accuracy.

The round was led by Episode 1 Ventures, with participation from HTGF, Pi Labs, Cameron Hepburn (Co-Founder of Aurora Energy Research), and Jeremy Palmer (former CEO of Quantum Black).
