The round was led by KBC Securities, with participation from existing investors Finindus, Matterwave, and delaware.

The firm provides services in equity and debt capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, brokerage, institutional research, trading, custody, and private fundraising for corporate and institutional clients. 

Ventory Use of Funds 

The company will use the funding to deepen its AI product roadmap and ERP integrations, expand geographically across Western Europe, and scale its enterprise go-to-market team.
