VAST, a China-based artificial intelligence company specializing in AI 3D technologies, has completed its Series B and Series B+ financing rounds, raising a total of 3 billion yuan. The company has secured approximately 5 billion yuan in total funding over the past six months.
Investors
The funding round was led by Matrix Partners China, with participation from industrial investors including Perfect World, BlueFocus, Core Dynamic Investment, Yanqu Games, Thundersoft, State Radio and Television Investment, and 37 Interactive Entertainment. Financial investors included CDH VGC, CICC Capital, CMC Capital Partners, A+H Capital, 3Z Health Investment, Zhongping Capital, Fujian Industrial Investment Fund, Fujian Venture Capital, Oriza Asia, and Jiangxi Financial Holding. Existing shareholders Dachen Cai Zhi, Primavera Capital, 4399, Muhua Tech, Oasis Capital, Decheng Capital, and Huatech Fund also participated.
