Valid8 Financial Secures $8.5 Million in Series A

Valid8 Financial, a Boulder, Colorado-based company specializing in AI-powered forensic accounting solutions, has secured $8.5 million in Series A funding.

The round was led by Silverton Partners, with participation from Touchdown Ventures, First Trust,, and Capital Midwest.  

Founded in 2006, Silverton Partners is a venture capital firm based in Austin, Texas. The firm focuses on the Seed and Series A rounds of a startup's lifecycle across a variety of industries including enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity, consumer marketplaces, financial services, insurance, real estate technologies, digital healthcare, etc.  

Valid8 Financial Use of Funds  

The company will use the funding to support further investment in engineering and go-to-market teams at Valid8's Boulder, Colorado headquarters.
