Ultralight Raises $9.3M Seed Round

Ultralight, a San Francisco, CA–based AI-native operating system for modern medicine, has raised $9.3 million in Seed funding.  

Investors  

The round was led by The General Partnership, with participation from Wisdom Ventures, Anthemis Group, Emerson Collective, GSBackers, and various angel investors.  

The General Partnership is a venture capital firm specializing in formation (Pre-Seed/Seed) and breakout-stage startups, typically investing between $1M and $15M+. By combining traditional capital with hands-on operational support, the firm helps founders navigate technical hurdles and scaling challenges, with a strong focus on sectors such as fintech, AI-first platforms, and developer infrastructure.
