The investment was made by TZP Growth Equity, a multi-strategy investment firm managing approximately $2 billion. Founded in 2007, the firm specializes in control, growth equity, and structured capital investments across the technology, business services, and consumer sectors.
As part of the investment, Shamit Mehta, Partner with TZP Growth Equity, will join TruVideo's Board of Directors.
