Transcend, a Princeton, NJ-based SaaS provider of generative design tools for critical infrastructure, has successfully closed its Series B financing round.
Investors in the round include Autodesk, Inc., HG Ventures, PureTerra, Aspen Capital Group, Arosa Capital, and Riverstone Holdings LLC. The investment will enable Transcend to continue expanding its customer base, which already includes major players in the infrastructure sector worldwide.
The investment will be utilized to accelerate Transcend's go-to-market strategy and product roadmap, further cementing its position as a market leader in generative design software for critical infrastructure.
Transcend's flagship product is the Transcend Design Generator (TDG), a generative design software, that fully automates the conceptual and preliminary design of critical infrastructure assets, reducing design costs and timelines for asset owners while prioritizing the incorporation of innovative and sustainable technologies.
The outputs of TDG include 3D Building Information Modeling (BIM) models, carbon footprint estimates, equipment lists, and operating and capital expenditure calculations, among others.
