TextYess Raises €4M Seed Extension

TextYess, based in Milan, Italy, an AI-powered CRM provider for ecommerce brands, has raised €4 million in a seed extension round, bringing its total funding to more than €7 million. The company provides a platform that integrates customer data and uses AI agents to automate marketing campaigns across email, WhatsApp, and websites.

This round was led by Italian Founders Fund, with participation from existing investors VC Partners and Entourage.

TextYess Use of Funds

TextYess plans to use the capital to scale its product by expanding its AI team and developing its Autonomous CRM platform. Additionally, the funding will support international expansion efforts, beginning with entry into the UK market.
