TeamLinkt Raises Over $6 Million in Series A

TeamLinkt, a Saskatoon, Canada-based sports management software company, has raised over $6 million in Series A funding. 

Investors 

The round was led by Growth Street Partners, a San Francisco-based growth equity firm that invests in rapidly growing B2B SaaS and technology-enabled services companies across the United States. The firm’s strategy is to provide early growth capital to founders, often taking a minority stake to allow them to maintain control of their businesses. 

TeamLinkt Use of Funds 

The company will use the funding to advance its AI capabilities, enhance digital fundraising, improve payment automation and analytics, and expand its team and go-to-market efforts across North America.

Founded by Dale Lemke and Jay Maharaj, TeamLinkt is an all-in-one sports management platform designed to help teams, leagues, associations, and clubs with various administrative tasks, including registration, scheduling, communication, and website management. The company recently launched an AI assistant, Emi, that helps create registration forms, schedules, rosters, automated communications, and news and web content. TeamLinkt currently serves over 3,000 organizations and three million users globally across a variety of youth, recreational, and competitive sports.
