The round was led by Goodwater Capital, with participation from Reach Capital, Endeavor, NXTP, and Roble Ventures. 

Founded in 2014, Goodwater Capital is a venture capital investment firm based in Burlingame, California. The firm invests in sectors including housing, financial services, consumer products and services, healthcare, food, transportation, education, consumer technology, and entertainment. 

Teachy Use of Funds 

The funding will be used to enhance Teachy’s product, expand its team, and support regional growth. This includes hiring engineers and designers to scale the platform.
