Talentguide, a Ghent, Belgium–based HRtech company that delivers AI-powered skills intelligence through a ready-to-use SaaS platform, has raised €1.3 million in funding.

The funding round included NXT II, Travvant (Partena Professional), Miles Ahead Capital, imec.istart, the founders, and individual entrepreneurs Ewout Meyns, Koen Handekyn, and Jan Delaere. 

Talentguide Use of Funds 

The funds will strengthen Talentguide’s revenue, product, and engineering teams, and accelerate workforce upskilling solutions. With the new funding, Talentguide plans to expand into Belgium, the Netherlands, and the UK, targeting an ARR of over €1 million by late 2027.
