Talenteo, an Algeria-based SaaS platform for human resources and payroll management, has raised a six-figure strategic investment.

The round was led by 216 Capital Ventures, a Tunis-based early-stage VC firm backing African tech startups at the pre-seed and seed stages. Founded in 2021, the firm invests in sector-agnostic startups and supports them with funding, mentorship, and growth networks. 

Talenteo Use of Funds 

The company will use the investment to expand into Tunisia, accelerate the development of AI features on its platform, and scale operations across Francophone Africa.
