Foras AI is an Egyptian-based venture builder and investment firm that leverages artificial intelligence to drive sustainable growth across fast-growing sectors such as digital media, gaming, and fintech.
M Empire is a Cairo-based strategic investment network and venture-building firm. The firm focuses on supporting mission-driven startups across the MENA region by providing a combination of funding, hands-on advisory, and deep ecosystem connections.

The funding will strengthen growth in Egypt, explore and validate new EMEA markets, and accelerate R&D to enhance agentic AI capabilities, platform scalability, and integrations.
