Investors
The round was led by Blue Pool Capital, a Hong Kong investment firm managing assets for Alibaba co-founder Joe Tsai and other wealthy families. Additional participants in the round included HSG, Wellington Management, and Arbor Ventures.
Tabby Use of Funds
The company plans to use the new capital to support its expansion beyond BNPL services into broader consumer lending, SME financing, and everyday money management tools enabled by its recently secured regulatory licenses.
