Founded in 2021, the company provides a digital platform that integrates real estate and parcel data with proprietary AI to help project developers, banks, and brokers assess building potential, legal regulations, and economic viability of properties.

The funding round was led by amberra, the venturing studio of the Genossenschaftliche FinanzGruppe Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken. The round also saw participation from new investor NRW.BANK, alongside existing investors including Schwarz Gruppe, High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF), vent.io, and Vantage Value.
