Subtle Medical Raises $33M Series C

Subtle Medical, a Menlo Park, California-based developer of AI-powered medical imaging software, has raised $33M in a Series C funding round. This latest investment brings the company's total funding to $86M.

The round was led by funds managed by Morgan Stanley Expansion Capital. Additional participants included Shinhan Venture Investment, Fusion Fund, EnvisionX, BRV, and Samsung Ventures.

Subtle Medical Use of Funds

The company intends to use the capital to accelerate product development, expand commercial adoption globally, and scale its vendor-neutral AI imaging platform across MRI, PET, and CT workflows.
