Spotable, a Ghent-based construction technology company, has raised €4 million in seed funding to support product development and international expansion. The company provides a software platform that uses AI and geographic data to help contractors streamline measuring, quoting, and material procurement.
Investors
Jonas Dhaenens of team.blue, Christophe Morbee of NewSchool.vc, the family office of Hilde Cloostermans and Philip Corens, and Arne Vandendriessche, former CEO of Signpost and newly appointed CEO of Get Driven, participated in the round. The round was arranged by The Harbour.
Spotable Use of Funds
Spotable plans to use the capital to further develop its platform and accelerate its expansion into larger European markets, specifically France and Germany, as well as the United States.
About Spotable
Founded in 2024 by Sebastien Vandendriessche, Julie Dumoulin, and Pieter-Jan Philips, Spotable offers a platform that digitizes the construction quoting process. By using geographic data to create 3D building models, the software allows contractors to calculate material requirements, generate quotes, and connect directly with distributors and manufacturers.
