Spot Ship Raises £1 Million in Funding

Spot Ship, a London, UK-based company that provides a SaaS platform for ship chartering, has raised £1 million in funding. 

Investors 

The round was led by Ventures.eu, with participation from Improbable CEO Herman Narula, Tradeworks.vc, Marcel Kind, and other industry specialists. 

Ventures.eu is a Lisbon-based venture capital firm that launched in early 2025. The firm focuses on early-stage European innovations, particularly those derived from the European Commission’s R&D programs. It offers institutional checks ranging from €250k to €4 million. 

Spot Ship Use of Funds 

The company will use the funding to scale its AI-driven platform, expand product development, and accelerate commercial growth across global shipping markets.
