SportsVisio, a Miami, Florida-based new AI-powered software company bringing image-based, deep learning to the sports analytics space, raised $3 million in a seed funding round led by Sapphire Sport.
The funds will be used to further develop SportsVisio's next-generation AI technology and expand the company's sales team.
SportsVisio focuses on bringing augmented reality and real-time analytics to amateur sports, enabling players, coaches, and parents to enhance their sports experience through insightful data and interactive.
The company's platform employs AI and computer vision to automate analysis and content creation for players, coaches, and observers. It enables the collection and display of highlights and offers statistical analysis for both individual players and teams
