SpeedyBrand Raises $2.5 Million in Funding

SpeedyBrand, a San Francisco, CA-based startup that provides generative AI-powered marketing content for SMBs, raised $2.5 million in funding.

The round was led by GV (Google's venture arm) and Y Combinator. The funding values the company at $15 million post-money.

With the new funding, SpeedyBrand plans to introduce additional tools for text and image generation. SpeedyBrand aims to provide affordable and high-quality SEO content to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) using generative AI.

The platform allows brands to generate custom SEO-optimized content, including websites and social media posts, by selecting a topic and utilizing the generative AI to suggest text and images. The content can be edited and customized before being published, and an analytics component enables performance tracking.
