Smartpricing, an Italy-based startup that offers hotel and apartment revenue management software, has secured €13 million in a Series A funding round.
The round was led by Partech, with participation from Gianluca D'Agostino of Techshop, Azimut Digitech Fund, and the founders of Bending Spoons.
Partech is a global tech investment firm headquartered in Paris, with offices in Berlin, Dakar, Dubai, Nairobi, and San Francisco. Founded in 1982, The firm invests in seed, venture, and growth stages.
Smartpricing Use of Funds
The company plans to use the funding to become a global industry leader, expand its team, and launch innovative products.
Founded in 2020 by Luca Rodella, Eugenio Bancaro, and Tommaso Centonze, Smartpricin is a revenue management system that has been developed to grow the revenue of hotels. Smartpricing's AI-powered technology is designed to optimize pricing for hotels, B&Bs, resorts, and vacation rentals by streamlining daily operations. Smartpricing has already extended its services to 17 countries and has already been used by over 3,000 hosts globally.
