Sirona Medical, a San Francisco-based cloud-native radiology software developer, has raised $40 million in a Series D financing round, bringing its total cumulative venture funding to approximately $150 million. The company provides a unified radiology operating system that integrates PACS archive, diagnostic viewing, structured reporting, and workflow AI into a single cloud-based platform.

Sirona Medical Use of Funds

Sirona Medical plans to use the capital to achieve cash-flow positivity and ensure long-term balance sheet stability. The funds will also support the commercial rollout of its agentic AI orchestration layer, Cortex, and the development of new collaboration tools for the Sirona Network. Additionally, the company is expanding its client services infrastructure with new operational hubs and launching Sirona Global to enter international markets including the United Kingdom, the European Union, South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand.
