Shop Circle Extends Series B to $100 Million

Shop Circle, a London, UK–based AI-driven software group, has extended its Series B round to $100 million, combining $60 million in equity with strategic financing. 

Investors 

The round was led by Nextalia Ventures, with participation from Primo Capital, CDP Venture Capital (Digital Transition Fund), 645 Select Fund, FNDX, FG2 Capital, and several entrepreneurial family offices. 

Nextalia Ventures is an Italian venture capital fund managed by the asset management firm Nextalia SGR. The fund focuses on later-stage, early-growth, and mid-growth investments in technology companies across Italy, Europe, and the United States. Nextalia manages over $2.3 billion in assets across private equity, venture capital, and private debt. 

Shop Circle Use of Funds 

The company will use the new capital to support M&A expansion and accelerate AI integration across Shop Circle’s software portfolio.
