The round combines both equity and debt financing.

The equity portion (¥1.87 billion) was led by DNX Ventures, with participation from Energy and Environment Investment, Suzuyo Co., Ltd., New Commerce Ventures, YMFG Capital, Delight Ventures, Aozora Corporate Investment, and Spiral Innovation Partners. The debt financing (¥1.37 billion) came from financial institutions including Shoko Chukin Bank, Japan Finance Corporation, Mizuho Bank, Mitsubishi UFJ Bank, and Resona Bank.
