Scamnetic Raises $13 Million in Series A

Scamnetic, a Tampa, FL-based company dedicated to protecting individuals and businesses from digital threats using advanced AI technology, has secured $13 million in Series A funding. 

Investors 

The round was led by Roo Capital, with participation from 1st and Main Growth Partners, SaaS Ventures, and Riptide Ventures. 

Roo Capital is a venture capital firm founded in 2022 and headquartered in Coconut Grove, Florida. The firm invests in early-stage companies, particularly in sectors such as SaaS, healthcare services, professional services, financial services, digital health, consumer goods, and retail technology. Roo Capital targets investments at the Pre-Seed, Seed, and Series A stages. 

Scamnetic Use of Funds 

The company will use the funds to expand its marketing, sales, and customer support functions and to accelerate its product roadmap.
