RSA Cross Border Raises $1.5M Seed Round

by Kay Aloha Villamor in May 18th, 2026

RSA Cross Border, a Dubai, UAE-based cross-border eCommerce logistics startup spun out of RSA Global, has raised $1.5 million in Seed funding.

Investors

The round was led and fully backed by 21 Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm that primarily invests in AI, fintech, and industrial technology startups across emerging markets, particularly in the Middle East, North Africa, and Southeast Asia. With operations connected to hubs such as New York, London, and Dubai, the firm typically backs companies with strong technical foundations and the potential to scale internationally.

RSA Cross Border Use of Funds

The company will use the funds to expand its AI platform, scale operational capacity in India, and strengthen its India-to-UK, India-to-Europe, and India-to-GCC logistics corridors. RSA Cross-Border also plans to pursue a follow-on funding round in late 2026.
