It focuses on early-stage investments (Seed to Series A) in B2B software, vertical AI, fintech, and consumer applications. The firm specializes in helping Japanese startups scale globally and assisting U.S. companies in entering the Japanese market.
The Value Chain Innovation Fund (VCIF) is a specialized venture capital fund managed by Spiral Capital. Established in 2023, the fund acts as the successor to the Logistics Innovation Fund (LIF) and focuses on digital transformation (DX) across the entire industrial value chain. It targets early- to late-stage startups that optimize the flow of goods and information.
route-D Use of Funds
The company will use the funds to expand sales of its existing AI products and to develop new AI-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency and profitability.
