The company also launched two new products: an agentic workflow builder and autonomous payroll.
Investors
Led by Alstin Capital, with participation from Backed VC, Love Ventures, and angel investors, including Indeed founder Paul Forster. Existing backers Passion Capital and approximately 10% of Round’s customer base also joined the financing.
Alstin Capital is a Munich-based early-stage venture capital fund focused on B2B software. Founded in 2011, the firm invests across Europe, targeting high-growth companies at the late Seed and Series A stages, with initial ticket sizes typically ranging from €2 million to €8 million. Beyond capital, the fund actively supports founding teams through hands-on sales coaching, covering KPIs, go-to-market strategy, and sales development.
Round Use of Funds
The company will use the funding to accelerate product development, expand its engineering and go-to-market teams, deepen integrations with banks and financial systems, scale its infrastructure, and support community-led growth.
