Root Signals, a Helsinki and Palo Alto-based startup specializing in generative AI (GenAI) measurement using LLM-as-a-judge techniques, has raised $2.8 million in funding. 

Investors 

The round was led by Angular Ventures, with support from Business Finland. 

Angular Ventures is a venture capital fund based in London, Tel Aviv, and New York, backing early-stage enterprise tech companies from Europe and Israel.
