RingLogix, a Miami, Florida-based white-label UCaaS provider, raised $3 million in a Series A funding round from MK Capital to strengthen its position as one of the fastest-growing software companies enabling managed service providers (MSPs) to brand and resell unified communications as a service.
This investment will enable the company to accelerate product innovation and the growth of its single-pane-of-glass management console, further empowering MSPs to easily deploy quality VoIP and UCaaS solutions to their customers, while also offering the potential to dramatically increase their margins.
Albert Diaz, CEO of RingLogix said, “This investment represents the next chapter in the RingLogix story. Since the company’s founding, we have proven our technology with hundreds of MSPs with very low churn rates and high levels of customer satisfaction. These investment proceeds will be used to turbocharge our product development, bringing more integrations and new solutions to help our partners expand their business and grow their profits.”
