Rail-Flow, a Frankfurt, Germany–based B2B transport-management platform for rail freight and intermodal logistics, has raised €12.5 million in Series A funding.

The round was led by Trill Impact and Bonsai Partners, with participation from Climentum Capital, several business angels, and existing investors Rethink Ventures and Futury Capital.
Founded in 2019, Trill Impact is an established impact investment house that manages approximately €1.3 billion in assets, focusing on generating both competitive financial returns and a measurable positive impact on society and the planet.
Bonsai Partners is a Madrid, Spain–based technology venture capital firm active since 2001, specializing in both primary and secondary investments across European tech companies. They are multi-stage investors, backing startups from Seed to Series D, with a primary focus on marketplaces and SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) models.
Concurrently with the financing, Alexander Domin from Trill Impact Advisory will join Rail-Flow’s board as a supervisory board member.

The proceeds will be used to accelerate innovation, strengthen growth, and expand Rail-Flow’s global footprint.
