Quminex Raises $1.06M Pre-seed

Quebec-based mineral exploration technology startup Quminex has secured $1.5 million CAD, approximately $1.06 million USD, in a pre-seed venture capital funding round to accelerate the commercial development and field deployment of its proprietary Quminex Discovery Platform.

Investors

The funding round was led by deep-tech venture firm Quantacet, with participation from Swiss-based global venture capital firm QAI Ventures and angel investors.

Quminex Use of Funds

Capital from this round will be used to expand the company technical team, scale its modeling algorithms, and acquire prospective exploration licenses across Canadian jurisdictions to build an internal portfolio of high-probability mineral targets.
