QuickReply.ai, a Gurugram, India-based startup that provides WhatsApp marketing and automation platforms, raised $1.14 million in seed funding.
The round was led by Leo Capital, with participation from other investors and entrepreneurs including Pentathlon Ventures, GSF, Deepak Diwakar (co-founder of MindTickle), Azhar Iqubal (co-founder and CEO of Inshorts), and Dinesh Agarwal (founder and CEO of Indiamart).
The funds will be used to expand its tech infrastructure, hire more staff, develop new products, and conduct research and development. The business also intends to use the funding for marketing and international growth.
Over the next two years, it plans to grow its activities outside of India by entering the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Latin America, and Europe.
QuickReply.ai’s co-founder and CEO, Himanshu Gupta, said, “Gaining early traction across India, our product has been integrated as a core customer engagement and retention tool, by over 250 businesses.
