Expetitle, a Miami, Florida-based proptech startup, closed a $2.3 million seed round led by Chilean investment firm Beagle Ventures, including LAB Ventures, TBD Angels, several family offices, and angels Shai Goldman of Brex and Patrick Dwyer of Silicon Valley Bank.

With this new capital, Expetitle will be rolling out our solution to new states and new partners across the country.
