Ploy Raises £2.5 Million in Funding

Ploy, a Shoreditch, London-based cybersecurity startup focused on identity and governance, has raised £2.5 million in funding. 

Investors 

The round was led by Osney Capital, with participation from Superseed, Tiny.vc, and Rule30, alongside notable angel investors from ForgeRock, Digital Shadows, Zscaler, Rapid7, Egress, and ComplyAdvantage. 

Osney Capital is a venture capital firm that focuses exclusively on early-stage cybersecurity companies in the UK, with an expanding focus on Canada. It targets pre-seed and seed-stage startups, providing capital and deep domain expertise during the earliest stages of growth. Initial investments typically range from £250,000 to £2.5 million, with capacity for follow-on investments in Series A rounds. 

Ploy Use of Funds 

The company will use the funds to accelerate product development, scale go-to-market operations, and expand globally as demand for automated identity security intensifies.
