The round was led by Dharana Capital, with participation from Ashish Gupta (co-founder of Helion Ventures), as well as Urban Company’s founders, Abhiraj Singh Bhal, Varun Khaitan, and Raghav Chandra, along with the company’s Chief Business Officer, Mukund Kulashekaran.
Dharana Capital is a venture capital and growth-stage investment firm founded in 2022. The firm focuses on later-stage investments in innovative startups and growth companies across various sectors. It is headquartered in Bengaluru, India, with an additional office in Dubai.
