Parloa, a Berlin, Germany-based AI-powered automation for customer service, has raised $66 million in Series B funding.

The round was led by Altimeter Capital, with participation from EQT Ventures, Newion, Senovo, Mosaic Ventures, and La Famiglia Growth. This brings Parloa’s total capital raised to $98 million. 

Altimeter Capital Management, founded in 2008, is a venture capital firm based in Menlo Park, California. It is technology-focused, managing a public equity fund and growth-stage private equity funds. 

Parloa Use of Funds

The company will use the funds to further innovate its AI-powered platform and product lineup and advance Parloa’s expansion in new growth markets including Europe and the US.
