OX Security Raises $60 Million in Series B

OX Security, a Tel Aviv, Israel-based application security platform, has raised $60 million in Series B funding, bringing its total funding to $94 million. 

Investors 

The round was led by DTCP, with participation from IBM Ventures, Microsoft, Swisscom Ventures, Evolution Equity Partners, and Team8. 

Digital Transformation Capital Partners (DTCP) is a global investment firm managing approximately $3 billion in assets across multiple funds. It specializes specializing in digital transformation through two primary strategies: digital infrastructure and growth equity investments. DTCP operated globally with offices in Hamburg, London, Luxembourg, San Francisco, Seoul, and Tel Aviv. 

OX Security Use of Funds 

The company will use the funds to accelerate product innovation, expand the company's global footprint, and continue helping enterprises move from reactive security to measurable risk reduction.
