Outfindo, a Prague, Czech Republic-based e-commerce startup, has secured €900,000 in seed funding to revolutionize the online shopping experience by utilizing an AI-powered guide to match customers with the most suitable products.

The funding round was led by Czech venture capital firm Presto Ventures, with additional contributions from Patero and Longevity Fellows.

The infusion of capital will enable Outfindo to invest in research and development, focusing on fine-tuning its product offering and expanding into new verticals. Additionally, the funding will support their go-to-market activities.

Outfindo sought to provide customer-centric discovery conversations to a wider audience by offering it as a SaaS tool.

Outfindo has developed an AI-driven guided selling approach that offers personalized recommendations to customers. Initially focused on bikes and e-bikes, they have expanded their services to include washing machines in collaboration with major e-commerce platforms.

Through engaging customers in a conversation and asking simple questions, Outfindo’s AI-driven discovery and sales tool assists in selecting products that meet their needs and narrowing down the options.

Since focusing on their guided selling SaaS solution in 2023, Outfindo has gained 30 e-commerce partners and continues to expand its presence in the market.
