OuterSignal, a New York-based agentic customer intelligence platform, announced a $22 million Series A funding round to accelerate the development of its personalization technology. The company, which launched in early 2026, provides brands with a deep understanding of their customer base to enable 1:1 personalization across marketing and sales touchpoints.
