OurPetPolicy, a Boise, Idaho–based, AI-enabled animal and ESA management platform for rental housing operators, has raised $8 million in Series A funding.

The round was led by RET Ventures, with participation from StageDotO and Capital Eleven. 

RET Ventures is a venture capital firm actively shaping the future of the residential and broader real estate industries by investing in cutting-edge technologies through its core venture funds and Housing Impact Fund. RET works in partnership with more than 50 strategic investors that collectively own and manage over $600 billion in real estate assets, with a particular focus on multifamily and single-family rental housing. 

OurPetPolicy Use of Funds 

The company will use the capital to expand integrations with major property management systems, scale its go-to-market team, and accelerate product development focused on fraud detection and workflow automation.
