Ordio, a Cologne, Germany-based startup developing a deskless workforce management solution, raised €2.9 million in seed funding from Capnamic and Simon Capital.
The startup is ramping up operations five months after its angel round to fulfill its mission of seamlessly digitizing all processes in shift operations.
The Ordio app has numerous features, ranging from digital personnel files and payroll preparation to time tracking and absence management, as well as checklists for task management and shift planning, in which employees participate in real-time. Thus, all essential shift work tasks and processes are digitized and centrally combined in a single app.
The special feature: Both employers and employees can access and manage information. The team manages itself with the app, easing everyday work for everyone involved. The all-in-one solution for all companies in shift operations is already used by more than 200 customers.
