OpenDialog Secures $8 Million in Series A

OpenDialog, a London, UK-based conversational AI platform for insurance, healthcare, and other regulated industries, has secured $8 million in Series A funding.

The round was led by AlbionVC, bringing OpenDialog's total funding raised to $13 million.   

Founded in 1996, AlbionVC is a venture capital firm based in London, United Kingdom. The firm prefers to invest in seed-stage, early-stage, and later-stage companies. The firm seeks to invest in artificial intelligence, climate tech, deep tech, digital risk, fintech, health tech, and life science sectors.   

OpenDialog Use of Funds  

The company will use the investment to ensure the safety of Generative AI in regulated sectors, enhance operational efficiency, and improve customer experience. OpenDialog plans to expand into the US market, invest in research and development, and develop industry-specific solutions.
