ONEiO, a Helsinki, Finland–based automation-first platform transforming enterprise IT integrations, has raised €8 million in a growth round. 

Investors

The round was led by Bocap, with continued participation from existing investor Fairpoint Capital. 

Bocap, a private equity firm based in Helsinki, Finland, was founded in 2012 and specializes in growth capital and buyout investments. It focuses on investing in established, entrepreneur-led, and profitable small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with strong growth potential, primarily in Finland. 

ONEiO Use of Funds

The company will use the funding to develop IntegrationOps as a Service further, support strategic hires, and expand operations in the UK and DACH regions.
