Oak, based in Tel Aviv and San Francisco, has emerged from stealth with $60 million in seed funding to build its AI-native Identity Operating System. The company provides a unified platform designed to replace fragmented legacy identity architecture, enabling enterprises to manage and secure access for both human users and AI agents.

The round was co-led by Accel, Greylock Partners, and CRV, with participation from Hetz Ventures, AlphaDrive Ventures, and strategic angel investors.

Oak Use of Funds
