Nums AI Raises ₩6B Pre-seed

Nums AI, a Seoul-based startup specializing in foundation models for tabular data, has raised a total of ₩6 billion in pre-seed funding. The company recently completed the second closing of its pre-seed round with a ₩2 billion infusion, following an initial ₩4 billion investment secured in July. Additionally, the company has been selected for the TIPS R&D program, which provides a further ₩800 million in research support.

The second closing of the pre-seed round included participation from Mirae Asset Venture Investment and Korea Investment Partners. The initial funding round included Stonebridge Ventures, SBVA, KT Investment, and Base Ventures.

Nums AI Use of Funds

Nums AI intends to use the capital to accelerate the development of its core tabular-data AI model, Causilo, and to expand its team by recruiting top industry talent.
