Nucleus Security Secures $43 Million in Series B

Nucleus Security, a Sarasota, Florida-based developer of risk-based vulnerability management platform, secured $43 million in Series B funding.  

SaaS Investors  

The round was led by Arthur Ventures and Lead Edge Capital. In-Q-Tel (IQT) also joined the round.  

Founded in 2008, Arthur Ventures is a venture capital investment firm based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The firm prefers investing in B2B software companies based in the United States and Canada.  

Lead Edge Capital is a growth equity firm based in New York, New York. Founded in 2009, the firm prefers to invest in the software, internet, consumer, and tech-enabled services sectors.  

Nucleus Security Use of Funds  

The company will use the funding to support its mission to redefine how enterprises manage risk exposure from vulnerabilities across infrastructure, cloud, and application portfolios in one unified platform. The funding will fuel a strategic acceleration in product innovation, research, and development.
