Novele Raises $17M Series A

Novele, a company specializing in autonomous energy intelligence for commercial buildings, has successfully closed a $17 million Series A funding round. This latest injection of capital brings the company significant resources as it works to scale its AI-driven platform across a substantial portfolio of commercial real estate.

The round was led by Boisei Labs, with participation from Locke Health, Arup Ventures, Barton Malow, and several commercial real estate owners and operators.
